How do I check the details of my warranty?

You may refer to the details of your warranty on the warranty card attached in your package and contact the relevant Service Center for further assistance. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

Kindly check the duration for your product to be repaired or replaced on your warranty card. You may also contact your product’s Warranty Centre to assist you further on warranty claims.

The warranty period starts from the date you register for it. You can register by following the instructions on the warranty card.

Can a tax invoice (aka proof of purchase) be sent to my Email?

Official Lazada invoices are printed in hardcopy and included together within the packaging of your item(s). For items that are ‘Fulfilled by Lazada’ (FBL), there will also be a softcopy of the invoice sent to customers via email within 1 working day after the order has been ‘Delivered’.

For products sold by other sellers, the invoice is normally attached together with the parcel. So, it is important to check when you receive the parcel and safekeep the invoice for future reference.
